About Me

lnengineering
I grew up in Southern California and attended high school at Polytechnic School in Pasadena, CA. After graduation, I moved to Illinois for college and attended Northwestern University. While in school, we started a small company called LN Engineering, to make high performance parts for Porsches (and VWs). We started small, with the Porsche 914 and as demand grew, we expanded into anything aircooled, from 356s to 912s to 911s. Since 2000, we've made lots of cylinders, let me tell you. I'm not in this to get rich, that's why my wife (who is also an engineer), brings home the big bucks so that I can pursue my dream of working with Porsches. I would love to make millions, but I will settle with making the best damn product I can that is made in the United States with local labor and offer it at a fair price and further the preservation and appreciation for Porsches. Last but not least, I also have the proud pleasure of having my daughter by my side- mom gets jealous of how much time I get to spend with her, but that's one reason I wanted to be my own boss. Family comes first!
